PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We deal with the management of residential blocks of flats and the communal areas of estates of houses
throughout South London, Surrey and Middlesex.
Our objective is to forge close links with residents and listen to their requirements. We arrange for all the usual services including gardening, cleaning, insurance valuations and competitive quotes from leading insurers. Independent chartered accountants will produce annual financial statements and, in the case of limited companies, we can carry out Company Secretarial duties.

All contingencies will be handed promptly and efficiently.
- Proactive building maintenance work will be supervised, including roof work, ground work and redecoration.
- Regular site visits and residents meetings will be arranged.
- All service charge funds will be held in individual bank trust accounts in the name of the residents association/company.
- All invoices will be checked and settled promptly
