Richard Baines BSc (Hons), FRICS, DMS is an independent Chartered Building Surveyor with many years experience in building survey and maintenance including the RICS Homebuyer service and valuations for probate and matrimonial purposes. We retain our independent status fiercely. This allows to work for all types of clients and to attempt to better serve their surveying needs. We look to discuss projects with our clients to confirm the type of task and the reasons for this. We have carried out tasks for private and corporate clients. We have much local knowledge of the areas around Hampton Court, through Surrey, Middlesex and outer London. We try to concentrate on these areas.
